About Law and Disorder Radio

Founded in 2005, Law and Disorder ™ is a weekly, independent civil liberties radio program airing on more than 140 stations across the United States and podcasting on the web. Law and Disorder provides timely legal perspectives on issues concerning civil liberties, privacy, right to dissent and practices of torture exercised by the US government and private corporations. Our guests include authors, lawyers, activists, scholars, and advocates focusing on areas such as free speech, war resistors, academic freedom, prisoners’ rights, workers’ rights, trends in privatization, unwarranted surveillance and government and corporate accountability.

Co-hosts Heidi Boghosian, Michael Smith, Jim Lafferty, Maria Hall and Stephen Rohde are activists and attorneys. Each show features two interview segments with a brief introduction. Each segment ends with a way that listeners can learn more about or  get involved.
